Key Competences of Social Entrepreneurs
2. Embracing diversity and interdisciplinarity requires acquiring the skills and
knowledge necessary for effective collaboration across diverse scientific fields, cultural
traditions and approaches to maximise outcomes in diverse groups.
3. Anticipatory/Future Thinking Competence involves assessing future developments
related to global, local and individual challenges, building future scenarios and
analysing short and long-term impacts using creativity, operations research and
innovation skills.
4. Normative Competence encourages responsible decision-making in line with
sustainability goals by enabling individuals to reflect on the current state of the world
and how it should be based on values and principles.
