                                                                                     Content Creation for the Customer Journey














                                                                          The  customer  marketing  strategy  aims  to  move  the  customer  through  the  customer

                                                                          journey.  The  customer  journey  is  the  process  of  evolution  in  our  target  audience,


                                                                          starting  from  a  lack  of  knowledge  of  our  offer  to  becoming  a  customer,  possibly  a

                                                                          customer satisfied with our product or service.




                                                                          The customer journey has three phases:


                                                                                • Awareness: the potential customer becomes aware of a problem or need they are

                                                                                     experiencing.

                                                                                • Consideration: The potential customer creates a list of possible solutions to their


                                                                                     problem or needs (among which we hope is ours) for consideration.

                                                                                • Decision:  The  potential  customer  decides  which  product  or  service  to  buy

                                                                                     (purchasing decision).
