             THE POWER OF AN IDEA














           She  decided  that  her  initial  target  group  was  companies  with  remote  work  employees  with

           children and managerial positions, dealing with extra work-life balance pressure.




           Step 2 | Write an initial business value proposition, a 2-3 sentences concise statement clearly


           saying that her business answers to the needs of her target group and briefly explaining what

           differentiates her solution from others already in the mental health market.





           She identified two main characteristics that differentiated her upcoming product: the fact that it

           targeted  remote  workers  and  that  it  intended  to  monitor  their  mental  health  using  innovative

           technology (gamification and artificial intelligence).





           Step 3 | Fill in a value proposition canvas to better assess her target group’s needs, identify

           and prioritise them so she can then focus on the most important aspects or her mental health


           app regarding development, marketing, and branding.
