When you try to introduce a change in an established way of doing things, even if the

new way is more beneficial, you will always encounter initial resistance. Think about

Irina's case, what are the real barriers underlying the expressed ones?

Choose one of the barriers you have thought of and define a strategy for action that

generates the possibility of accepting the proposed change, again using Irina's case or

your case to do this reflection.

Now, having defined the strategy for attacking the problem and generating the desired change in

mental position, write a draft plan of actions and content designed to support the change process

for individuals considered individually and grouped as a segment or a collective of common

interest.
