Adopt a LEAN approach

The Lean Startup method is primarily designed for startups with limited

resources that cannot afford to launch something that might fail in the

market. The Lean Startup method involves the continuous application of

three steps: ideation, validation, and modification.

Use the Javeline Board

The Javelin Experiment Board is a concept developed by the Lean Startup approach. It is a tool to validate

ideas through experimentation. It is easy to understand, gets you started quickly, it is fun, engaging and

helps you to focus failures fast to succeed faster.

Be Agile and Adaptive

Remain agile and flexible throughout the testing and prototyping journey. Embrace change, pivot when necessary, and

continuously adapt your strategies based on new information and evolving circumstances.
