A successful social entrepreneur combines business talents, social awareness and a
desire to improve society. Starting a social enterprise can be immensely challenging,
particularly in the absence of financial backing and a supportive network. In this
context, meet Eleanor’s great story gradually.
Eleanor is a passionate young lady from a small village with inadequate schooling.
Eleanor graduated from university with an education degree despite many challenges.
Eleanor could not forget her childhood challenges when many youngsters in her
community lacked basic reading abilities owing to a shortage of books and educational
opportunities.
Eleanor founded ‘Eleanor's Travelling Library’ as a social venture inspired by her own
experiences and desire to help. She wants to deliver books and educational resources
to underprivileged people, particularly in rural regions without libraries.
