Co-operation: Recognising the complexity of the water issue, Andy assembled a diverse team. Together
they formed "PureFlow", a group dedicated to finding sustainable solutions. Andy also formed
partnerships with local businesses and organisations, strengthening her efforts through collaboration.
Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy: Andy's resilience has been her strongest pillar when faced with challenges.
Despite limited funding and the unpredictable temperament of nature, she persevered, seeing obstacles as
opportunities to learn, adapt and grow.
Impact Measurement: Andy recognised the importance of measuring their progress. She diligently
collected data to track the number of villagers benefiting from clean water and the improvement in their
health. This data-driven approach allowed her to fine-tune her strategies for maximum impact.
Financial Management: Managing funds efficiently was another of Andy's strengths. By meticulously
allocating resources, she ensured that the group's money was used wisely. This financial discipline was key
to the success of the "PureFlow" project.
