The Unity Team
They started simple...
First, Mrs. Maria introduced The Unity Team to the concept of social businesses, sparking
their interest in making a positive impact within their community.
Birth of ideas: The Unity Team collectively decided on the Re-use Workshop, emphasizing
the importance of sustainability and creativity in their project.
Community Involvement: The team engaged with local businesses, schools, and
community centres to collect unwanted items like old furniture, clothing, and household
items to repurpose.
Community Workshops: The students organised workshops to teach community
members, especially children, how to repurpose items at home, fostering a culture of
sustainability.
